Every box lands on a real person's table.

Our food is backed by a published Stanford clinical study. No gluten, no dairy, no refined sugar, no seed oils, no shortcuts. Yours are the last hands on the food, so care is our edge.

Small crew.
One speed. No egos.

We hire the way winning teams do: role players who show up every time, run their assignment clean, and have the backs of the people beside them. We cover for each other. We teach each other. You will know everyone's name by the end of your first week.

Family meal, every day.

We cook for ourselves and sit down together—the same kitchen and hospitality tradition the world's best restaurants run on.

We coach.
We keep score.

You will be trained properly on every position and get honest feedback: where you stand, what better looks like, and how to get there.

Master every position

Learn the standard with your own hands before you are asked to improve it.

02

More hours, responsibility, and first shot at lead roles. Kitchen, receiving, delivery ops, and sourcing paths open from this floor.

Learn the operating system behind every order.

Most entry jobs show you one station and hide the rest. Here you will see the whole machine: sourcing, production, quality, packout, and what it takes to keep a promise every week.

See how sourcing, production, quality, and packout connect instead of learning one isolated station.

Exact weights, labels, scans, sanitation, and clean handoffs keep errors out of the system.

Quality · verification · escalation
03 / Customer

How a promise ships

Every station contributes to one complete, accurate order that reaches a real person's table.

Fulfillment · ownership · care
04 / Growth

How responsibility compounds

Master the work, read the scoreboard, and earn more hours, responsibility, and lead opportunities.

Founders on the floorLearn from people who built the system.

At least one founder is involved and available. They coach, answer questions, and know the work at every station.

You show up.
Every time.

That is the entire culture. No degree or previous job is required. What matters here is speed, precision, reliability, care, and the habits the work actually needs.

  • Teams have counted on you, and you never made them regret it.
  • You know the difference between busy and fast.
  • You step in when a teammate needs a hand.
  • You handle a stranger's food like it is for your own family.
  • You do not cut corners, and you own mistakes early.
  • You want to be measured because that is how you improve.
  • You are building toward something and want work that moves you forward.
